Every system follows.

A new customer lands in your CRM, your calendar, your email tool, and your payment tool without anyone typing them in four times. Change a phone number in one place and it changes in all of them. Every change is saved, so you can look back and see exactly what happened.

  • Connects 100+ systems, both ways
HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, and almost anything else you already pay for.
  • When two systems disagree
You decide which one wins, right down to the phone number. The same customer never gets entered twice.
  • Yours from day one
Your own account on n8n, automation software you could license yourself. Logins in your name, and a written record of every run you can open.

What we’ve built.
Running right now.

A workflow is a job your software does by itself. Four of these systems are at work today for a distributor, dental practices, an HVAC company, and two storefront brands. Every number below says where it came from.

Live for a multi-brand distributor

A store replies to one of your sales emails. The system reads the reply, drafts the answer from templates the owner already approved, and waits for a person on your team to click Approve. The contact and the deal land in the CRM on their own. Nobody retypes anything.

“He built so many more connections than I expected. Takes notes of the calls, and the agent speaks the way we would speak to customers.”

You bring the plan

Already have a plan?

Send it over. We’ll review it, tell you what could go wrong, quote one flat fee, and build it in the tools you already use. No padded timelines.

We design the project

Not sure where to start?

Start with an audit. We map where your team’s hours actually go, then build the one thing that pays for itself fastest.

What happens
when something breaks?

Small hiccups fix themselves. Judgment calls stop and wait for someone on your team. And every run is written down, so nothing can go missing without a trace.

First
It retries itself

If a tool is briefly slow or busy, the workflow waits, tries again, and notes that it did. You never hear about it.

→↓
Then
It asks a person

Duplicate records, odd replies, anything touching compliance: the workflow stops and waits for someone on your team to decide.

→↓
Always
It is written down

Every run keeps a copy of what went in and what came out. One client’s alerts once failed quietly; we rebuilt all two weeks of lost messages from that record.

Nothing goes out until someone on your team clicks.

We hand it over.
You keep running it.

At the end of a build you get the keys, not a subscription: the workflow files, a plain-language manual, and a walkthrough with whoever runs it on your side. It runs in your own accounts, under your own logins. We stay a phone call away, but nothing depends on that. Stop working with us whenever you like and keep what we built.

Runs in your account

Everything sits in your own account, on n8n’s cloud or a server you control, never ours. Our largest automation client’s workflows run in their account today. Cancel us, and everything keeps running.

Your accounts, your keys

Every login and key is created under your accounts and kept where you keep your own passwords. The outside tools your workflows use are billed to you directly, at cost, never marked up.

Every version kept

Every change is saved as its own numbered copy in a folder you own, and nothing is ever written over. When something needs a fix months later, we can see exactly what changed and when.

Nothing locks you in

Workflows are plain n8n files, not something only we can open. Hire a different agency, move where it runs, or run it yourself. Every workflow comes with you, and it costs nothing to leave.

Every connection we made.
And how each one is doing.

Every build comes with your own app at app.benian.ai, built for your business and carrying only the pages you have a use for. It is part of the build, not a separate product, and there is no separate fee for it. Five businesses have one today, plus us.

Integrations

Everything we connected for you and the real state of each connection, including the ones that are not working. Not a green tick that means nothing.

If we never measured something, it says so. A zero we did not check would be a lie.

FAQ

Fair questions.
Straight answers.

A workflow is a job your software does by itself. We build the ones eating your team’s day. A sales reply gets read, answered from wording you already approved, and filed in your CRM, with a person on your team clicking Approve before anything sends. A call ends as a booked appointment and a written summary in your inbox. A store order reaches your email tool once, never twice. A post goes out only after someone clicks Approve. All of it runs in your own accounts, under your own logins.

Every build is priced to its own scope, so the number comes from the call, not a rate card. We map the work, tell you what could go wrong, and quote one flat fee before you sign anything. No hourly billing. Payment is 50% at kickoff, 50% at launch. Most builds are running in 14 to 21 business days, a single workflow in 7 to 10 business days.

The tools you already use. Running today: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Shopify, BigCommerce, Instantly, Gmail, Google Sheets, Drive and Calendar, and dental scheduling software like NexHealth. The list runs past 100 systems. If a tool can talk to other software, it can usually be connected, and if yours cannot, we tell you before you pay anything.

You do. The workflows sit in your own accounts, under your own logins, with a written record of every run that you can open yourself. Outside tool costs are billed to you directly, at cost, never marked up. Stop working with us and the workflows keep running.

The next step

Tell us where the hours go.

We map the workflows and quote one flat fee before you sign anything. Most builds are running in 14 to 21 business days, a single workflow in 7 to 10 business days. If the numbers don’t work for your business, we say so. Thirty minutes with the person who would build it, no charge.
